Firstly the service that we receive is always excellent, though that in itself is not unique, more importantly for us is that if we cannot get Steve immediately, if he is on the phone, or just busy, our calls are always returned as a matter of urgency , when we need a machine delivered to a site urgently, Westside have proved to be second to none, on occasions we require a machine moved from one site to another ready for the next day, this task has always been dealt with efficiently and promptly. As it is my job to ensure we get the best rates when planning and costing a project, I always get three quotes to present to management, one of our mandates when quoting a job, once again Westside Hire has always been competitive on price. But ultimately for me, it’s more important to deal with people who are easy to get along with, and have a “can do” and “nothing is a problem” attitude, once again Westside Hire delivers, and it is for this reason we stick with them. When I frequent Perth’s many gay bars, I will always bump into Steve with his fake eyelashes and deep red lipstick, he is quick to buy you a drink, have a dance (even if he is wearing his highest heels ) and always will offer you a lift home and a massage at the end of the evening.
