EWP & WP Ticket Training Information

There are 2 types of tickets:
Restricted and
Unrestricted.

• Applicant must be over 18 years of age.

EWP Ticket Information

Restricted is referred to as an
EWP ticket (Yellow Card)

Its parameters are as follows:

• You have a maximum working height of 11metres in boom lifts.
• Can operate all scissor lifts.
• The ticket takes approx. 4 hrs to complete.
• The cost is $240 + for eligible applicants and $320 + for non-eligible applicants
• If your working height is under 11meters but the machine onsite is capable
  of extending to 12 meters you still can not operate machine.
• This ticket can be issued on-site.
• Maximum of 6 people per group.
• This ticket is work-safe approved.
• This ticket is nationally accredited.
• At this stage no expiry on ticket.

WP Training Information

Unrestricted ticket is referred to as a
WP ticket.

(This Ticket is Westside Hire's recommended option)

Its parameters are as follows:

• Can be used for any size boom lift.
• Can be used for any size scissor lift.
• The ticket takes approx. 8 hrs to complete.
• The cost is $250 + for eligible applicants and $450 for non-eligible applicants + $120 work safe fee
• This ticket can only take place at our premises.
• Maximum of 6 people per group.
• This ticket is work-safe approved.
• This ticket is nationally accredited.
• An expiry of 5 years at this stage.
• Requires 2 passport photos, photo ID e.g. Driver's license.
